Personal Project
This project is in salute to Simon Armitage’s ‘Remains’ – which uses poetry to communicate the real-life impact of war on an ex-soldier who served in Iraq, 2003. The poem was published alongside a documentary called ‘The Not Dead’ which embarks on the journey’s of three veterans suffering with PTSD. I hope to have enhanced the powerful message behind Armitage’s poem, showing that there is a lack of help available for veterans adjusting back to daily life.
‘Atomic Habits’ was a one week project, submitted to the Penguin Cover Design Awards, non-fiction category.
