To reduce the strain on the NHS’ mental health services, Panic Pause helps people with Agoraphobia and other panic disorders overcome their fears and phobias through personalised, AI-generated, exposure therapy plans. Other facets of the brand include an app and an SOS kit, both designed to promote mindfulness and help manage symptoms of anxiety.
A sub-brand and app for Skin Health Alliance that aims to encourage skin confidence in 18-24 year olds – through the provision of accurate information on skin conditions, free psychiatric support, a platform for individuals to connect with one another and events that allow skin security to flourish.
