Empowering Your Journey to Recovery, Tailoring Solutions to Your Unique Needs, and Elevating Your Performance to New Heights.

The TheraBody Recovery Coach is a comprehensive wearable system designed to optimise recovery and enhance wellness. Consisting of a wearable activity monitor and a processing case. The product utilises cutting-edge technology to provide personalised insights and recommendations for improved recovery outcomes. The activity monitor, worn around the chest during exercise, tracks performance metrics vital to inform the recovery process. Meanwhile, the accompanying processing case utilises a camera, depth sensor, and thermal camera, to enable detailed body analysis through photoplethysmography (PPG). This advanced approach identifies areas of muscle tightness and fatigue, guiding users towards targeted recovery strategies. Powered by machine learning algorithms, the system intelligently processes diverse data inputs, including exercise type, sleep patterns, and existing recovery resources from TheraBody’s extensive library. By synthesising this information, the multi-modal AI generates personalised recovery plans, recommending specific TheraBody tools and techniques tailored to suit individual needs.
